Skillet Cooking - Monday Munchies

Inspired solely by our friend Tam's Pinterest Board (and the idea of a Cowboy Party), today I will offer up a day's worth of meals using a trusty 'ol cast iron skillet. I'm not kidding when I tell you that every single recipe idea came from Tam's pinboard. (Thanks, Tam!!!)

Personally, the skillet is one of my very favorite cooking tools. I have my mother's well-seasoned ones and they turn out a good meal every time. What a great way to entertain your guests...

Glad to be of help, ladies! I, too, am a huge fan of the cast iron skillet & use mine (Thanks to H, btw, for the fab gift a couple years ago!) all the time. I used it to make Irish soda bread yesterday, as a matter of fact. Bust out those cast iron skillets and try these recipes!
