Watermelon, Glorious Watermelon! - Monday Munchies

To say that I love watermelon is a terrible understatement. There are truly no words to describe my love for this All American treat. It takes me back to my childhood in summer time in the rural Midwest...aaahhhh. Let me share with you some of my favorite watermelon recipes (or ideas that come pretty close to my favs):

So funny, yesterday I was watching some OLD school tv cooking show where they pickled watermelon rind, that was the first time I'd ever seen that.
