Summer Jelly / Jell-o Shots

I love the idea of cocktail popsicles (or Poptails as Bakers Royale has coined them). Super refreshing frozen treats with an adult kick. But we don’t want to forget the classic way to eat your liquor that has been taken up a notch with the beautiful examples I have today – the Jell-o Shot (did I just call Jell-o shots classic?).


No, these are not those sickeningly sweet ones you overindulged in back in your sorority/fraternity days. These are the real deal – beautiful and delicious (not to mention refreshing) spiked treats.  Enjoy!
