Brunch on a Stick – Monday Munchies

G is off enjoying Key West (JEALOUS!) so I decided to hijack Monday Munchies today!! With Mother’s Day coming up, you likely have some brunch plans to make. A couple weeks ago we shared brunch ideas in little bite sized form. Today we are featuring recipes for brunch on a stick! What an easy way to serve a crowd – or if you are like me, just an easy and fun way to feed the kiddos!
1. French Toast Kebabs from Project Wedding.
Breakfast on a Stick from Super Healthy Kids.
French Toast Kebabs from Martha
3. Pancake & Sausage Corn Dogs by Dinner with Julie.
Date Nut Bread and Fruit on a Stick by Super Healthy Kids.
5. Mini Cinnamon Buns on a Stick at Tasty Kitchen.
Mini Pancake Sandwiches with Nutella and Peanut Butter at Insanewiches.

Of course this concept would work for lots of different breakfast foods! Here are some ideas:
1. Fruit Kebabs are a popular item! Skewer berries, pineapple, melons, kiwi, etc., in pretty color arrangements!
2. How about some skewering some doughnut holes? Pick up your favorites from the bakery!
3. Make a mini stack of your favorite pancake recipe! Make them smaller than silver dollars and then pile them on a stick!
4. Or order this
cool waffle iron – it makes waffles on a stick!

I'd love to hear if you have any other ideas for breakfast food on a stick!!
