Cheesecake Cupcakes

Have you ever been to Cheesecake Factory? Those delectable desserts get me everytime.  I consume a zillion calories and leave feeling nauseous. I’m generally a cheesecake fan, but what’s a girl who also is interested in watching her waistline to do?

My motto?  Indulge anyway.  Just do so in perfectly sized cupcake portions.  Genius!




1. These Salted Peanut No Bake Cheesecakes by Bakers Royale are absolutely gorgeous!  Looks like perfect salty and sweet balance and with the creaminess of the cheesecake? YUM!


2. Peanut Butter Cheesecake Oreo Bites.  Do I really need to say anything more? OK, I will say this recipe is by Crepes of Wrath.  But now I'll shut up so you can drool.


3. How do you make the class Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies better?  Bury them in chocolate cheesecake.  Seriously.  These Thin Mint Chocolate Cheesecakes from Handle the Heat look to DIE for!!

4. Nutella cheesecake = devil.  Mini Nutella Chesecakes = heaven.  Head to Bakers Royale for this recipe too!
I think the calories are well worth it for these recipes!  Now how to keep myself from eating more than one in a sitting…
