Meatballs - Monday Munchies

FIRST LET ME SAY...HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!! It doesn't really feel like the big V-Day to me because our family took the weekend to have our special time together. So I feel like I got my wonderful fill already. All my best to you and yours on this day! Now on to Monday Munchies....

Last week we talked about meatLOAF - this week we'll talk meatBALLS. Perhaps one of the most versatile party foods of all time. You can serve them on their own, as sandwiches or with pasta.
