Irish Desserts

There is no shortage when it comes to special Irish dessert recipes out there!  I’ve picked out some of my favorites today in hopes they inspire you to make some special treats for dessert tomorrow.  You’ll find no green (or rainbow!) food coloring here – these are all Irish-inspired treats.  And don’t forget about our Irish Cupcakes post, Monday’s St. Patrick’s Day recipes with a twist (with cookies and cheesecake recipes!) or yesterday’s Guinness post!

4. Candy Irish Potatoes by Baked Bree
5. Irish Coffee Ice Cream with Shaved Dark Chocolate and Candied Pecans by Serious Eats.
Yum!  I’m thinking some of that ice cream would make a nice float with some Guinness!  Of course that is after the little guy is asleep.  So it may be Candy Irish Potatoes for us!
