So we tweaked our favorite Lemon Drop Martini, and this Raspberry Lemonade Martini was created.
Raspberry Lemonade Martini
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 ounce(s) Citron Vodka
- 1/4 ounce(s) triple sec
- 3/4 ounces prepared Raspberry Lemonade (we made ours from frozen concentrate leftover from this recipe but fresh squeezed would be amazing!)
- Colored sugar and edible flowers in pink or yellow
1. Cut a slice of lemon and rub the fruit across the rim of your glass to moisten it so the sugar will stick.
2. Dip the rim of the glass in colored sugar to coat. We picked pink sugar.
3. Combine the vodka, triple sec and the raspberry lemonade in a shaker with ice. Shake well.
5. Strain drink into glass. Garnish with an edible flower.
This would also be beautiful with some fresh raspberries floating in it! Try other kinds of lemonade (my store had pink lemonade and strawberry lemonade) to change up the flavors. Make it your own!
