Let's face it.  The Irish are not famous for their gourmet food.  I am allowed to say this because I have a significant amount of Irish blood running through my veins.  So let's explore what's out there and see if we can't put a fun spin on it...

Wow, interesting finds! That corned beef & cabbage pizza is real clever...but that cake looks and sounds delish!
